Terms & Conditions

  1. The official competition period commences at 12.01am (AWST) on Monday 11 Nov 2024 and finishes at Midnight (AWST) Monday 16 December 2024. Entries are unlimited, one transaction reference is required per entry, duplicates will not qualify.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only. Postage to regional WA and Interstate will be calculated based on winner postcode and payable by the winner. 
  3. Leaf Bean Machine employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize.
  4. The prize package includes the following: W Mini Espresso Machine, Barista Kit (Value $2910) Karvan Coffee Blend 1kg (from $55) Barista Training 4 hour ($160) Total Value $3125. Please note the inclusion of pick up from our Bibra Lake HQ is included. Postage is excluded.
  5. *To gain entry into the give away you will need to purchase retail products. The definition excludes cafe products including barista made beverages/pre-made beverages from our fridge and all food items. Entry is not automatic. All transactions must be entered into the form before the entry close date. Wholesale customer orders are excluded.
  6.  All orders generated from your online activity between 12.01am (AWST) on Monday 11th Nov and Midnight (AWST) Monday 16th December 2024 will gain an entry to the competition.
  7. The PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Leaf Bean Machine staff member using the randomisation website random.org on Tuesday 17th Dec before 5PM (AWST) and will take place at the Leaf Bean Machine HQ 1/12 Horus Bend, Bibra Lake 6163.
  8. The PRIZE winner will be announced between the 17th Dec – 18th Dec 12.00am (AWST) 2024.
  9. The PRIZE winner will be notified via the email provided within 48hrs of the draw. If you are submitting a manual entry then please write clearly.
  10. The last name and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw via our social media and EDM.
  11. The winner 30 days from the date that they are notified to claim their prize, otherwise an unclaimed prize draw will commence.
  12. The unclaimed PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Leaf Bean Machine staff member using the randomisation website random.org between 16th Jan – 31st Jan 2025.
  13. The last name and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw and will take place at Leaf Bean Machine HQ 1/12 Horus Bend Bibra Lake, 6163.  
  14. The PRIZE winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
  15. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  16. Your privacy is important to us. Leaf Bean Machine collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the competition, and provision of a prize. 
  17. Your information will not be passed onto any Third Parties.
  18. All entries to the 2024 W Mini Giveaway are hereby agreeing to receive newsletters from Leaf Bean Machine. Customers can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
